2am summit push to Lobuche’s 6119m peak. Pushed to 5,800m and Akke decided to abandon climb due to fatigue from lack of acclimatisation.
This was an impromptu and rushed decision!

Woke up early, packed my bags, had a good breakfast and set off. First stop was Ministry of tourism to sign my permit as I was the leader of 12 people under the permit. Then we were flown by helicopter to Pangboche which is touching 4000m in elevation (3985m). This was to reduce the time it takes to get to Base Camp as we were behind.
Welcome to Nepal

Landed in Kathmandu, Nepal. Picked up from airport by the expedition company staff. Dropped off to the hotel for Acclimatisation. Went to Al Madina, favourite halal place to eat in Kathmandu.
